What’s Covered?
Our 5-Year Protection Plan includes extended coverage beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty for:

• Structural Damage Warping, cracking, or separation due to manufacturer defects • Finish & Paint Issues Peeling, chipping, or discoloration caused by manufacturing flaws • Hardware Malfunctions Broken or defective hinges, drawer glides, or soft-close mechanisms • Water Damage (Limited) Accidental water exposure not caused by flooding or neglect • Replacement Parts If a cabinet component fails due to manufacturing defect, we’ll provide the replacement parts at no cost |
How Long Are You Covered?
You’re protected for 5 full years from the date of purchase when you add the Protection Plan at checkout. This extended warranty kicks in after the standard manufacturer’s coverage ends, giving you long-term confidence.
How to Use Your Plan

Send photos or videos of the problem along with your order number.

We’ll assess the issue and, if eligible, ship out replacement parts or provide a resolution quickly.

Eligibility & Terms
• Must be purchased at the time of cabinet order
• Covers only cabinetry products purchased through TODO Cabinetry Store
• Coverage is limited to normal residential use (commercial use excluded)
• Misuse, neglect, or improper installation voids coverage

The Protection Plan will go into effect upon delivery and will be good for 5 years. Coverage does not apply to delivery, assembly or installation of the cabinets/accessories. Damage caused by a pet is not covered under this warranty. Countertops are not covered under this warranty. This plan does not cover installation/re-installation or freight/shipping costs for replacement pieces. Warping is not covered (but would be covered under the cabinet warranty if it falls within the warping guidelines). Claims need to be made one at a time, so be sure to report incidents as they happen. For example, if there`s a scratch, report it right away. If the following month, there`s a stain, report it right away, etc… Do not wait and report multiple incidents at once because this may result in a claim denial. The Protection Plans can be added to any order shipping within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii). Canada and other out of country orders will not be eligible for a Protection Plan.
Plans are not transferable, the cabinets will remain warrantied under the name and address that the plan is registered under after the order is placed. Whether you have your property for one year or five years, you will have peace of mind that your kitchen purchase is covered!
